User Guide: DSim Cloud CLI auth command
Synopsis
mdc auth[enticate] login* | logout* [options]
This command will allow you to authenticate to Altair One by opening a web browser and prompting you to provide login credentials. The logout option allows you to remove authentication credentials on your machine.
If you are a new user, this command will allow you to create an account with Altair.
Options
Example(s)
mdc auth login
After entering the above command, there will be a message printed to the terminal window asking you to use the web browser to continue.
Once authentication is successful, a message will be printed to the terminal indicating that authentication was successful.
mdc auth logout
After executing the above command, you will be prompted to confirm the logout request and, upon entering yes, you will no longer be authenticated.
