Dsim Support

Dsim™ software is now part of the Siemens family of products. As part of this change there is an improved level of support for Dsim.


As of Monday, March 9th, 2026, the Altair Support Portal has shut down, and your cases have moved to the new Siemens Support Center. As a result, we are not able to create a support request from your email.


You should have received an email from the Siemens Support Center by Monday, March 9th, with instructions on how to set up your account. We request that you activate your account and submit your case on the Siemens Support Center, so we can address it promptly.

Dsim Forums

All the Dsim Forums have moved to Altair Community. Get Started Here.


Once you have logged into the Altair Community using your Altair One account, you'll be able to see your previous posts by clicking My Posts from your profile avatar in the top right-hand corner.


Use the Search bar to search for answers. Scroll down to see the Ask a Question button to create a new post. Add the appropriate product tag (Dsim Studio (formerly known as Dsim Desktop), Dsim, or Dsim Cloud) to your new post.
