DSim Support

DSim is now part of the Altair family of products. As part of this change there is an improved level of support for DSim.


DSim Support has moved to Altair Community.


In order to take advantage of Altair Community support, you must use your Altair One account. Use the same email address you used for your DSim Cloud account if you had one.



DSim Forums

All the DSim Forums have moved to the one Altair Community. Get Started Here.


Once you have logged into the Altair Community using your Altair One account, you'll be able to see your previous posts by clicking My Discussions from your profile avatar in the top right-hand corner.


Use the Search bar to search for answers. Scroll down to see the Ask a Question button to create a new post. Add the appropriate product tag (DSim Studio (formerly known as DSim Desktop), DSim, or DSim Cloud) to your new post.



DSim Tickets

DSim Tickets have moved to Altair Support.


Once you have logged into the Altair Community using your Altair One account, you'll be able to see your previous unresolved tickets and/or create new ones by clicking Case Management.


Ensure you select the appropriate product (DSim Studio (formerly known as DSim Desktop), DSim, or DSim Cloud) and version when filling out the ticket form.
